CMA CGM is unifying its intra-Asian boxship services.
The French giant has combined its CNC and APL short-sea operations under the CNC brand.
And it added: "We are now entering the next phase of merging our agency network which will be completed by the end of Q3 2019."
Headquartered in Singapore, CNC will be a top three carrier in this market, with 50 vessels covering 60 services, said Till Ole Barrelet, CNC managing director.
Countries include Bangladesh, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Russia, Singapore and South Korea.
