UK subsea player Rever Offshore has reported a "prosperous" first half of 2019.

The ship operator said it had successfully completed campaigns with CNR International, Perenco and Spirit Energy, among other production and exploration majors.

It did not reveal financial details, but added it will build on its track record in the UK and northern Europe in the second half, with more inspection, maintenance, decomissioning and installation work lined up.

The company also has contracts secured for 2020.

CEO Barry Macleod said: “I am delighted with the progress Rever has made over the last six months.

"Our teams have worked incredibly hard for our clients and the work produced has been of an impressive standard, which in turn leads to additional award wins. This positive end to the first half of 2019 has paved the way for continued success later in the year and into 2020.”
