Isabelle Rickmers and Nils Aden are quitting Zeaborn Ship Management, leaving Holger Strack in sole charge of the company.
Aden had shared chief executive duties with Strack, while Rickmers was managing director.
Zeaborn said Aden would depart on 1 January 2019 to take up a fresh challenge, while Rickmers will exit at the end of May.
Fast-growing Zeaborn bought ER Schiffahrt and Rickmers Shipmanagement earlier this year and departures come with the integration process largely complete.
Ove Meyer and Jan-Hendrik Tobbe, managing partners of Zeaborn, said in a statement: “We would like to thank Nils Aden and Isabelle Rickmers for their extraordinary commitment, and we wish them all the best in their private and professional lives.
“At the same time, with Holger Strack's great expertise and many years of experience, we know that the company is in the best of hands.”
Strack will lead the company as chief executive alongside chief operating officer Michael Brandhoff and chief financial officer Erik Kruse.
