Globus Maritime chairman George Feidakis' position in the New York-listed bulker owner has shifted again.
According to Securities and Exchange Commission filings, Feidakis sold a total of 295,863 Globus shares in June through his investment company Firment Shipping.
The sales bring his share count to 1.25 million, down from 1.5 million, good for 28.8% of the company.
Monday, Globus shares were up nearly 14%, or 31 cents, to $2.54.
Feidakis started the year with 2.2 million shares. He pared that figure down to 1.4 million in March and sold even more shares in April, lowering his position to just 415,930.
In mid-May, he bought back 1.13 million shares.
Firment is the largest shareholder in Globus, followed by United Capital Investments with just 114,210 shares.
United, a Greek investor, sold nearly 2.4 million shares in February.
