Haimark Line has cancelled all future cruises, the Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) said Monday.
The announcement, which comes amid the small ship cruise operator's Chapter 11 bankruptcy case, extends previous cancellations that were more limited.
Hans Rood-led Haimark filed for court protection from creditors in Denver in October.
The company blamed its bankruptcy on a June casualty that saw the 210-passenger Saint Laurent (built 2001), which it chartered from Clipper Cruises, hit the Eisenhower lock near Massena, New York.
The ship remains the centre of litigation in Miami after Haimark arrested the ship in a $16.1m lawsuit against Clipper. Vessel tracking data show the Saint Laurent has remained in Miami since its January arrest.
Haimark was also planning cruises to Cuba but those were cancelled in February.
The operator maintains an escrow account with the FMC for the purpose of passenger refunds.
