BW Group has slightly rolled back its stake in Dorian LPG.

The Andreas Sohmen-Pao-led firm now owns 7.4 million shares of the Connecticut-based, New York-traded LPG carrier owner, good for 13.4% after two block sales this week, one for $8.71 per share and one for $8.87.

Prior to the sales, BW Group owned 7.8 million shares.

BW remains the second largest shareholder in Dorian, behind Kensico Capital Management, with 8 million shares. Wellington Management Group remains in third with a 5 million share position.

In late trading Friday, Dorian LPG shares were up 1.6% to $9.
