International law firm Ince Group is continuing to expand its consultancy services with new permits in Gibraltar.
The UK territory's Financial Services Commission has allowed Ince Consulting to provide trustee services and fund administration for shipping and finance.
This adds to the firm's "extensive experience" in incorporation, accounting and compliance services, Ince said.
The consulting team works closely with its lawyers in Gibraltar, the firm added.
"With the new services we can leverage the team's full range of expertise, in order to provide a more holistic offer to existing and new clients," said Heather Adamson, head of fiduciary at Ince Consulting (Gibraltar).
Fund structures for investors
The new administration services include setting up fund structures and net asset valuation preparation.
Ince said it is offering "versatile options", ranging from private funds to fully regulated vehicles for both professional and retail investors.
"The licensing approval to provide an ever-greater range of consultancy services is yet another example of how Ince is investing in and increasing its world-leading offer to clients," said Mark Tantam, Ince's global head of consulting.
He added that Gibraltar is a key market for the group.
Middle East expansion
Last week, Ince built up its new consulting service in the Middle East with the appointment of Duncan Sawyer.
The chief financial officer of Dubai ship operator Al-Iraqia Shipping Services & Oil Trading (AISSOT) became joint managing director of Ince Consultancy Middle East.
Sawyer is sharing the role with Knut Mathiassen in Abu Dhabi.
The company was launched in September to offer consulting and financial advisory services to shipping and aviation.
