Norwegian authorities have dismissed a case against Oslo-listed Sevan Marine involving potential corruption in Brazil.
The probe related to offshore contracts awarded to Sevan by Petrobras between 2005 and 2008.
It said on Friday it had been informed that Okokrim, the Norwegian authority for investigation and prosecution of economic and environmental crime, has concluded its investigation and dismissed the case.
The company, whose biggest shareholder is Teekay, had in June 2015 ordered an independent corporate investigation into potential irregularities.
The results were turned over to Okokrim that October.
Sevan Marine has at no stage been charged and has fully cooperated with Okokrim.
"We are very pleased with this decision," said CEO Reese McNeel.
"Although Sevan Marine was never charged, the investigation has impacted on our development. We can now put this behind us and focus on the future."
