Arrow Energy, the Australian subsidiary of Shell and PetroChina, has increased its cash offer to A$535 million (US$530 million) for compatriot coalbed methane player Bow Energy.
Management has recommended shareholders accept the offer of A$1.52 per share, up four cents on Arrow’s initial offer.
