KBR is to carry out pre-front-end engineering and design of the Anadarko-led LNG production project in Mozambique.
The US contractor’s chief executive William Utt said in a conference call that the company will complete the work later this year.
Anadarko is working with Cove Energy in an effort to take a final investment decision in 2013.
