Peter Dohle has teamed up with Sirius Ship Management for the training of Filipino seafarers in Manila.
The two companies have started a new alliance that will develop the existing maritime centre of Peter Dohle in the country.
Roy Machart, general manager of Peter Dohle, said: “This cooperation is very exciting, starting from the determination to manage the market and not be managed by it, to go over the present crisis period that the shipping sector is experiencing, like many others.

Genoa-based Sirius has seafarer training offices in India and Philippines.
