Seoul-listed DSME has had a change of heart about moving for the St Nazaire-based shipbuilder, an official told Seoul Economic Daily .

DSME had been expected to complete a takeover of STX France by the end of the year.
KDB is a leading shareholder in both DSME and the financially troubled STX Shipbuilding and Offshore Group, which is trying to offload STX France as part of its restructuring efforts.
