Kayne Anderson Capital Partners has cut back on two of its shipping holdings.
The Richard Kayne-led investment manager sold shares in KNOT Offshore Partners and Hoegh LNG Partners, according to Securities and Exchange Commission filings on Thursday.
The firm now owns 1.8 million shares in KNOT Offshore, down from 2 million. The reduced stake is good for 5.6% of the company. In Hoegh, Kayne Anderson now owns 1.3 million shares, which is down from 1.7 million and leaves him with a 6.5% stake.
According to the firm's third quarter report, Kayne Anderson also has stakes in GasLog, at 631,847 shares; GasLog Partners, at 1.9 million shares; and Golar LNG, at 1.2 million shares.
