With so much talk of change during Nor-Shipping 2019 shipowners, brokers, bankers and other shipping professionals helped TradeWinds retain a firmly established tradition.
There was a new location for this year’s party onboard the historic sailing vessel Christian Radich, but no shift in the jovial mood as key players from the Norwegian market clinked glasses with overseas friends and colleagues.
Idan Ofer and his son Gil from Singapore's Eastern Pacific Shipping, Morten Arntzen of Team Tankers, Martin Ackermann of BW LPG and James Gundy of Braemar ACM were among the key international figures attending.
Peter Anker and wife Helene, banker Erik Helberg and shipowner Westye Hoegh were among the many flying the flag for Norway.
