Japan's NYK Line is to bank a big profit from selling a US terminals subsidiary.
It said that for the year to 31 March, it will book a gain of JPY 10bn ($90m) after the transfer of ownership of NYK Terminals (North America) to Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets.
The US stevedoring unit is jointly owned through NYK Ports and Macquarie.
NYK will retain no stake after the deal goes through.
The price is not being disclosed.
