Managerial changes have continued at Flex LNG with two top executives handing over their resignation letters.
The Oslo Axess-listed company said that finance chief Jostein Ueland and chief technical officer Trym Tveitnes have stepped down.
But both of them have agreed to support the company in its transitional phase by remaining at their positions until the end of September.
Ueland and Tveitnes were two of the three founding members of Flex LNG in 2006 alongside Philip Fjeld.
Earlier this month, Flex LNG hired Jonathan Cook as its new chief executive.
The former chief marketing officer of TMS Cardiff Gas will look to bring the company’s three newbuildings into full operation smoothly.
Flex LNG added it will continue to contract services from Frontline Management, including technical management and administrative services.
