Singapore's BW Offshore has won an arbitration case to claw back charter fees for an FPSO.
It said it will now receive all outstanding cash from Nigeria's Addax Petroleum Exploration for the Sendje Berge.
"The arbitration tribunal has further declared that no deduction may be made by Addax from future hire payments," it added.
BW has already received $18.7m from Addax as partial payment, before the award was made.
The full sum was not specified.
