Polarcus chief executive Duncan Eley has raised his interest in the company at the same time as other executives have put more skin in the game.
Eley has increased his holding by 31% through the acquisition of 150,000 shares at a total cost of around NOK 184,500 ($21,300).
Following the transaction, he owns 639,616 shares in Polarcus, equivalent to 0.12% of the company's outstanding share capital.
Chief financial officer Hans-Peter Burlid has spent a total of NOK 92,250 in acquiring 75,000 shares, which has raised his ownership by 48% to 232,596 shares in total.
The transaction has raised their respective shareholdings by 56% to a total of 209,615 shares each.
On Monday, Polarcus' chief operating officer Lars Oestergaard made his first acquisition of the company's stock.
Oestergaard acquired 75,000 shares at an average price of NOK 1.22 per share or NOK 91,500 in total.
In its fourth quarter 2018 update, published 28 February, stock analysts at Arctic Securities raised Polarcus' target share price to NOK 1.6 and reiterated their rating of the company as a "buy".
Shares in the UAE-headquartered company were trading at NOK 1.27 at 11:35am in Oslo on Tuesday.
