All four of RG Hagland Shipbrokers' offices in Europe are to operate under the company's new name, Hagland Shipbrokers, following a rebrand.
The move will unite the offshore broker's branches in Norway, Denmark, Germany and Scotland under the same visual identity, email addresses and web page.
Following the consolidation, Hagland Shipbrokers will comprise 27 brokers in total, of which 17 work in the offshore and renewables segment.
Another 10 specialist brokers work within sale and purchase, short-sea tank and bulk, fishing and aquaculture.
Hagland Offshore UK was formed in January this year when a cooperation agreement was signed between RG Hagland Shipbrokers and F3O, an Aberdeen-based company run by brokers Des Hart and Yul Thomson.
A similar co-operation agreement was signed in May 2018 between North Sea Hagland Shipbrokers of Esbjerg, Denmark and NSH-Shipbrokers of Hamburg, Germany.
The offices Haugesund, Norway and Esbjerg in Denmark have been cooperating for the past 18 months.
