Westsea Radiance intends to purchase a pair of deepwaterplatform supply vessels (PSVs) when the tie-up has been complete, the Singapore-listedowner said in a statement.
It did not reveal the extent of its investment in thepartnership but said it would be funded through internal resources.
Pacific Radiance operates a fleet of offshore supportvessels working mainly in Malaysia and Indonesia.
Perth-based Westsea owns 17 offshore support vessels and 20work barges, according to its website.
