Dennis Uy's holding company Udenna Corp is aiming to boost its ownership in ro-ro owner 2Go.

The Philippines tycoon wants to build his holding to 35% from 28.2%, according to documents related to the planned IPO of Udenna subsidiary Chelsea Logistics Corp (CLC) next month.

Udenna, which controls tankers, bought into 2Go in march, with Uy taking over as CEO.

It owns 31% of KGLI-NM Holdings, which in turn has 60% of 2Go parent Negros Navigation.

Industry sources cited by the Philstar website said Uy could buy China-ASEAN Marine's 5.5% stake.

Uy has said he is looking to consolidate CLC and his stake in 2Go.
