Portuguese owner Mystic Invest is plotting more cruiseship orders as its first ship nears completion.
The company will take delivery of the 10,000-gt, 176-berth World Explorer from WestSea Viana Shipyard in October.
The EUR 70m ($85.69m) vessel was ordered in 2016 at the Portuguese plant.
President of Mystic Invest, Mario Ferreira, told the CE Noticias Financierias website: "We could build four or five ships".
He added that demand for cruising is much higher than supply currently.
"We need [them] and we will order," said Ferreira, adding that he is "in negotiations with WestSea, Spanish and Italian yards."
He would ideally like to start building another ship in the last three months of 2018, depending on financing.
The company is "negotiating with several foreign and Portuguese banks" to finance new orders, Ferreira added.
