TradeWinds reported Monday that Fednav has hired Tina Revsbech as the new executive vice president of Fednav International.
The role will put her in a top position of the Montreal bulker owner's core dry freight subsidiary after she spent most of her career focused on tankers.

Revsbech rose her way up from a shipping trainee in Copenhagen to lead the chartering desk of for small tankers in the Danish shipping giant.

At the energy giant, Revsbech led a team of sales managers responsible for revenue of $3bn. She also spent two years leading sales to the aviation sector.
Torm

She headed the tanker department of the Danish shipowning group, where her tenure included involvement in negotiations over the company's out-of-court restructuring in 2012.
BW Tankers

Revsbech joined what was then BW Pacific as the unit was preparing for an initial public offering in Oslo. TradeWinds reported in August 2018 that she was to depart on 'amicable' terms at a time when BW was working to take over Hafnia Tankers.
Education
Revsbech has a master's degree in business administration from IMD International, and she completed the board of directors academy at Kobenhavns Universitet.
