A collision has been reported between a bulker and cargoship off Istanbul.
The Daily Sabah website said the 8,900-dwt cargo vessel TK Rotterdam (built 2010) and the 23,700-dwt Bosphorus King (built 1995) clashed at the Yenikapi anchorage outside the Bosporus on Tuesday.
One reportedly drifted into the other.
No injuries were reported as emergency teams were sent to the scene.
The cargo vessel is operated by Pasifik Gemi of Istanbul, while another Turkish company, Kalamis Shipping Industry, runs the bulker.
