The Paris MOU port state control organisation has banned another corroded cargoship.
The 3,200-dwt Agnes (built 1978) has been barred for three months after failing three inspections in the last three years.
The latest detention was in Azov, Russia, on 15 January for three days, with nine deficiencies recorded.
Grounds for detention included hull corrosion, plus faults with the emergency fire pump and lifeboats.
The ship was also held in Rostov on Don and Azov in 2016.
It flies the flag of Tanzania, which is black on the current Paris MOU list.
