Two more bodies have been recovered following a collision involving a bunker tanker and a fishing vessel off Korea.
The captain of the tanker has been charged with accidental homicide, the Korea Joongang daily said.
Two people were reported as missing after the incident off Yeongheung Island on Sunday. Thirteen other died in the accident.
The Hani website quoted a survivor, surnamed Lee, as saying: “I thought the waves were a little rough when all of a sudden there was this huge bang, and the ship capsized."
Water instantly filled his boat, Seonchang-1, after the clash with 336-gt tanker Myeongjin-15.
Lee and his two friends escaped thanks to an air pocket formed by the wheelhouse.
Six other people were rescued.
