Firefighters battled a huge barge fire on the Duwamish River in Seattle, US, on Tuesday night.
Plumes of smoke billowed into the air, Komo News reported.
Flames were seen shooting several storeys high and explosions were heard, the report said.
Fire crews took an hour to bring it under control.
One firefighter sustained minor injuries and was taken to the hospital.
The barge was reportedly loaded with crushed cars.
