Singapore owner Seacoral Maritime has reportedly snapped up a platform supply vessel (PSV) previously chartered by restructuring compatriot EMAS Offshore.

Brokers said the 3,100-dwt Lewek Ariel (built 2010) changed hands for an undisclosed fee.

It has been renamed Pearl Ark 1, according to the Equasis database, which lists the new owner as Pearl Ark of Singapore.

EMAS received a notice of termination for the ship's bareboat charter last year.

The company said the owners of the unit, and the owners of the 65-bp anchor-handler(AHTS) Lewek Lynx (built 2011) and the 4,000-dwt PSV Lewek Alkaid (built 2011) had alleged various termination events and material obligations.

These owners were given as Marina Morganite Shipping, Marina Moss Shipping and Marina Tanzanite Shipping, respectively.

Seacoral is listed with one repair/work vessel on order for delivery this year.
