Clarksons has recruited industry veteran Mads Malling for its subsea team in Oslo.
Malling was previously chief commercial officer at Norwegian offshore vessel owner Agalas.

Malling has 20 years of experience with the offshore sector. He has also worked for AF Decom Offshore, BOA Offshore and Daya Offshore Construction.
At AF Decom Offshore, he handled commercial decision-making for multimillion-dollar offshore ventures in the North Sea and collaborated with oil producers Statoil, ConocoPhillips and Shell.
At Daya, he served as vice president for the western hemisphere.
He was a business development director at BOA Offshore and played a key role in expanding its subsea chartering business globally.
Malling has also worked as a shipbroker at Uno Offshore. He started at Clarksons on 2 April.
