There has been a change at the top of the Scorpio group.
In Securities and Exchange Commission filings Friday afternoon, it was announced Anoushka Kachelo had stepped down as the secretary of both Scorpio Tankers and Scorpio Bulkers effective Wednesday.
Fan Yang, who joined the companies in February, will take over the role.
Kachelo joined the group in September 2010 as senior legal counsel, according to the company website. She served as secretary since December 2013.
Reasons for her departure were not disclosed.
