Eagle Bulk Shipping has moved its European office from Hamburg to Copenhagen to take advantage of the city's focus on maritime.

Mathias Groenvald, a shipping executive, will lead the new location.

"We are pleased to welcome Mathias to Eagle Bulk and believe his experience and network make him well positioned to lead this new venture.”

Groenvald, who has more than 30 years of drybulk industry experience, previously served as senior vice president and head of chartering for Clipper Bulk.
