Jacques de Chateauvieux continues to reduce his interest in the dry cargo market.

de Chateauvieux’s Setaf Saget has sold two supramax bulkers, brokers report.

The 58,000-dwt JS Bandol and JS Pomerol (both built 2010) are understood to have fetched $24m en bloc.

This is above the $10.7m each the bulkers were said to have secured in February in a deal that subsequently failed.

de Chateauvieux has been actively disposing of dry cargo tonnage this year, with Oslo Over the Counter listed GreenShip Bulk Trust completing en bloc deals with Eagle Bulk and JP Morgan.
