Charity comes in many shapes and sizes, but not often in the form of a submarine.
Yet that is what Turkish tanker owner Palmali has donated to the government of Azerbaijan.
The Azeri ministry of emergencies agreed to accept a DeepFlight DF-302 Super Falcon sub owned by Palmali, Azer Press reported. This has now been handed over.
The Turkish company is owned by Azeri businessman Mubariz Mansimov. It has long been active in Azerbaijan.
