Wrist Ship Supply has expanded its European operations with the opening of new storage and warehousing in the Port of Hamburg.
The Robert Kledal-led provisions and stores supplier said the larger facilities will enhance delivery and supply operations in the North Sea market. The new facilities will supplement existing Wrist storage and warehousing operations at ports in Rotterdam and Denmark.
Hamburg is Europe’s second largest port, behind the major hub of Amsterdam-Rotterdam- Antwerp. Hamburg supports 11,000 ships calls yearly.
Last year, Wrist also upgraded its warehousing and storage facilities at the Port of Corpus Christi in the US Gulf, Peterhead port in Scotland, and the Port of Algeciras in Spain.
