Croatia's Atlantska Plovidba has agreed to bolster its owned fleet with a Greek panamax.

It said in a filing that it is paying $11.95m for the 75,000-dwt bulker Pelagos (built 2008).

The ship will be renamed AP Libertas.

The vessel is listed in the fleet of Greece's Standard Bulk Transport.

This company reportedly paid only $11.5m for it in 2015.

The ship was under Atlantska's technical and commercial management before the transaction, the Croatian company said.

Atlantska has 11 other bulkers under its ownership.
