Tschudi Offshore & Towage is expanding its business outside Europe with a new-joint venture in Angola.
The new company will be christened Tschudi Angola-Navegacao and will be mostly focused on offshore activities in West Africa.
Mark de Jonge, managing director of Tschudi, said: “After many years operating in Angola I am pleased that Tschudi has found the right partner providing high added value by in-depth knowledge of local operations and procedures.
“We are looking forward to support offshore operations and logistics while also being able to share and transfer our experience with the local staff.”
Tschudi has been deploying its anchor handlers off Angola and has been involved in West Africa operations for years.
The company added it is “well prepared for challenging assignments in the region”.
