UK-based All Leisure Group has cancelled January sailings on two of its cruiseships.
The company cited operational reasons for the 15,400-gt Voyager (built 1990) and 12,900-gt Minerva (built 2004) staying in port.
Voyager, operating under the Voyages of Discovery brand, was due to leave Malaysia on a 15-day trip on Wednesday.
Minerva, a Swan Hellenic ship, was scheduled for a 15-day cruise in the Canary Islands from Tuesday.
Two brief messages on both lines’ websites apologised to customers.
Cruise news websites said there was speculation that the vessels could be heading to other operators.
