The chairman of crisis-hit Croatian yard group Uljanik has resigned as its losses mount.
Gianni Rossanda has left as the rest of the management board tries to come up with a new rescue plan, following a series of vessel cancellations and strikes in recent weeks.
The yard group also said its bank account had been frozen again on Wednesday.
The country's economy minister Darko Horvat said management would submit a new restructuring plan within 10 days.
This will not include orders that have been cancelled.
Uljanik workers have entered their second week of industrial action after not receiving their September wage.
Group yard 3 Maj has revealed a loss of HRK 157.2m ($24m) for the first nine months of 2018, with revenue at HRK 137.7m, down fivefold.
It had posted a profit of HRK 466,000 in the same period of 2017.
Recent cancellations have left it with no ships under construction after November.
Horvat has named Italy's Fincantieri, Smart Holding from Ukraine and Dutch shipbuilders Damen and Royal IHC as potential investors in Uljanik.
Local media have reported that Damen has withdrawn, however.
He also said that an Australian company with ships on order at the yard is interested in teaming up with its current strategic partner, Kermas Energija.
This can only be Scenic Cruises, which has two cruiseships contracted at the group.
