Morten Arntzen chaired Tankers Tankers is being linked with its fourth tanker sale this year.
Brokers say the company has sold the 46,700-dwt Team Tarantella (built 2002).
A price in excess of $8m is being placed on the Brodotrogir-built vessel.
Team has yet to respond to requests for comment on the matter.
The shipowner has a fleet of 37 tankers on the water, worth over $430m, according to VesselsValue.
Team bought three modern vessels from Gotland Rederi of Sweden last year having struck an M&A deal with Laurin Shipping and Anglo-Atlantic Steamship in April 2018.
Team has divested three older ships in 2019, including some which have been chartered back to the company.
